High quality mattresses with all linens provided.

Kitchen has large pantry, full size refrigerator, oven, cooktop stove, microwave and dishwasher. Dishware/utensils for 12 (+ kids dishware), coffee maker, toaster, blender, griddle, crock pot, pots/pans, bakeware, tupperware, wine glasses and opener.

Seating for 6 indoors as well as 6 outdoors on the porch with curtains for privacy/shade, and a ceiling fan to keep cool. Also provided is a 4 burner propane grill.

Full outdoor bar with four bar stools and operational kegerator (BYOB). It's always 5 o'clock here (seriously the clock doesn't change but will tell you outdoor temperature and humidity). Solo Stove bonfire fire pit with adirondack chairs for enjoying a fire in the evening. 

Cool down in the summer in the private 13,000 gallon, 500 square foot pool. Lounge chairs for relaxing, pool floats, noodles and towels provided. Pool service performed every week and pool robot programmed to clean between uses.

The home has 2.5 baths. The master includes a separate tub and shower and the lower bath has a combination tub/shower. There is also a powder room upstairs. All towels provided. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Both living areas and the master have large smart televisions with Netflix and local channels.
